obviously there's the whole jack and is he her half brother.
thomas mentioned her having father issues and so does jack.
do you think that she met christian shepard?

also she is attracted to artisic people, thomas was an artist and charlie is a "rock god", artistic people are always seen as sensitive maybe she wants someone she can protect, she's very insecure, maybe it makes her feel stronger being with people like that.

Charlie is the same. I mean, think about when he was still in England, the incident with Lucy? Charlie also wants to have someone he can protect... which is another reason they are so perfect together.

Claire , being , apparently 'disowned' by her mother and her father... apparently being Christian, she never really had anyone there for her except, what was her name agan? Sheela? Not that Sheela isn't a good person, she is. However, she never had any parental figures later on in her life. You can't count the fake psychic either. Go figure.
